Well, lately I've been listening to that song over and over and over and over...
It's really just spoken to me. In one part of it people are talking about different things that God has helped them overcome. It's truly amazing! The past few days I have been so stressed and spread so thin. On Sunday I finally got a day to rest, it helped so, so much! The next few weeks are going to be super busy so please be praying for me that I won't get to worn out. Next weekend the youth band will be traveling to West Virgina for a Disciple Now weekend, I'm not quite sure how it all works, but I'm very excited! Basically, the whole month of March and most of April are packed full of plans. With only about 3 weeks left until my next deadline needless to say I'm probably going to be stressed. I plan on doing a bake sale very soon and I've been talking to my friend Jessica who's going to India about a huge celebration/dinner&a show night/fundraiser...I'm really looking forward to it!!
But as I sit here in my World Religion class I realize how blessed I am.
"But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions - it is by grace you have been saved."
Ephesians 2:4-5
Because God loves me He has made me alive with Christ!!
It's so amazing I can't grasp it. I realize as I sit here that no matter how tired, how stressed and worried, how happy, how mad, or how sad I am God is with me, He has given us a gift (His grace) that has made my life something it would never be with out Him!!
Well, as I go into the rest of my school day I just want to say thank you. Thanks for reading this (if anyone even does), thanks for being there for me, and thanks for just being you!
